This is clear in the listing but first things first, in case this makes you uncomfy: This hotel does not have a traditional front desk or front desk staff. I am personally fine with this and there is someone local who is reachable via text that can come to the location if needed so for me, that totally works. If you need more of a concierge type of service, this is probably not the right place to stay.
Location: This could not be more centrally located for Miami Beach. It literally overlooks Espanola Way where there are tons of restaurants and bars and ice cream places. You are two blocks from South Beach. There's great shopping two blocks in a different direction. You're one street over from all the gorgeous art deco buildings. There are parks located two blocks in yet another direction. You get the point--very accessible to all the fun stuff. I did not have a car for this trip and was able to either walk or Uber easily to any of the places I wanted to go.
Room itself was very comfortable, nice size and well appointed. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Despite being very close to the street where people are out and about til late hours, I did not experience any of that street noise in my room.
Safety: You have a code to get into the building as well as into the room, so I always felt safe. Location also felt safe.
Really good value for the price & would definitely stay again!
