"Nice hotel. The room was very clean and everything was working fine. We even had personalized greeting message on TV. The breakfast was good, some variety. The only thing that was not satisfying is they charge for parking. When i booked on Expedia, it gave 2 points, paid parking and limited parking. There was plenty of parking in front of hotel, but they said they do not have free parking. I guess this is Expedia did not communicate this clearly. The hotel did send us text about cost of...

"LOVE this Holiday Inn! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and probably will again numerous times since we have family in the area. The other thing we loved is the newness of the place. Lots of thought given to extra shelves in the room, all the right charging stations by the bed and the desk. Our room was facing a busy road, but the soundproofing was excellent. Only one thing was puzzling…we were given an “accessible” room, which had a bathtub! Very few people with mobility issues...

"Rooms were spacious , well kept and clean . And the location was so convenient for us. My daughter and I attended a Texans game that day and it only took us like less than 10 min to walk to NRG stadium . That was a big plus for us . Also staff was so nice , they allowed me to do early check in !! Awesome experience overall. "
