I was very disappointed with my stay here in Houston. The housekeeping kept barging in to the room, even when we were sleeping. They took all of our towels in the middle of getting ready to go out. When checking out we were barely out of the doorway of the room when the housekeeping barged in to turn our room over. The air conditioning did not work at all and it was extremely hot in our room. Between the heat, and disruptions, I won’t be visiting again.

The staff was okay. We came home dusty from the Rodeo on Saturday. We were in a room that slept 6. We were only given 2 bath towels. We asked for more and were told to go downstairs. We went downstairs and were told there were no more towels. Very frustrating.

The desk staff was awesome- friendly, attentive to needs, even over Christmas. The room, however, was disappointing. It felt very damp and smelly like mildew. The water pressure at the sink was barely a trickle. The workout room didn’t have cups for the water dispenser, and the air conditioning didn't work.

everything was great except for the breakfast the egg pancakes a lot of process foods. I’m a little bit more picky but greatly appreciate they do offer hot breakfast. Just have very sensitive stomach. Otherwise cleaning this pool the gym everything was very nice and so was the stuff.

first time staying here i stayed in 416 last night the room was so hot i told the staff they didn’t have another room the temperature was 80 all night couldn’t get a refund to leave the hotel to go find another one so i was stuck in this hotel i took a picture of the temperature of how hot it was in the room the whole time worse experience ever never will i be making a reservation at this location again . people if your booking here make sure u don’t prepay in advance and make sure u have them check the room temperature before even arriving a few days before .
