"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. "Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels.
