The actual facility is very different from how it looked on the pictures. Location is convenient and host is very nice and helpful but the facility itself is not up to the price.

Gross fire hazard, filthy room, total bait-and-switch. Take this down! Please do not book this place. It is completely unsafe and unfit to host anyone, let alone a family. We had to pack up and flee in an emergency evacuation with our 4 kids after just one night because it was dangerous and disgusting. This property shouldn't be allowed on Expedia, and I don't want any other family to experience the nightmare we went through. - Total Bait-and-Switch: The room looked nothing like the photos online. The host claimed the online pictures were for a different room tier, but there were no photos on Expedia showing the run-down, awful room we actually got. Deceptive marketing. - Major Fire Hazard: There are about 10 active communal gas kitchens and open cooking stoves set up directly inside a single, narrow hallway, completely blocking the only exit path and elevator. My kids literally had to squeeze and walk right past active, hot stoves just to get out. It is a death trap. - Filthy Hygiene & Broken Windows: We found left underwear in the washing machine and a condom in the bedroom drawer. All the windows were half-broken and couldn't close properly, so we couldn't sleep all night due to heavy street noise and bugs. - Hostile Environment & Bribes: Unknown people aggressively banged on our door at night, terrifying my kids. It felt completely hostile. When we asked to check out, the host tried to bribe us with a 50% refund if we left a fake 5-star review.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohngebäude, in dem ganz normale chinesische Einheimische leben. Für uns war es eine interessante und authentische Erfahrung, einen kleinen Einblick in den Alltag der Menschen vor Ort zu bekommen. Es ist also alles echt und kein Betrug – man muss sich deswegen keine Sorgen machen. 😊 Sehr gutes nettes Personal via WeChat. Toplage. Die Nachbar waren sehr nett

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt „FamilyMart.“ Zum Nanjing Road der Super Einkaufs Straße ist es zu Fuß nicht weit weg. Das Hotel bietet Eine Couch, Tisch und Tv an. Dazu gibt es eine Mikrowelle und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Der Service ist immer über WeChat erreichbar. Auch haben wir für Kleines Geld den Flughafen Transfer direkt per WeChat mit dem Hotel nutzen können.

Wer einige Tage mitten unter der einheimischen Bevölkerung verbringen und die chinesische Kultur hautnah erleben möchte, ist in dieser Unterkunft genau richtig. Sehr zentral, mitten in einem authentischen Wohnviertel. Geschäfte, Passagen und Restaurants sind in 1–2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Check-in erfolgt online über einen Link. Der Eingang liegt im Hintergebäude und lässt sich nur per Code öffnen. Das Treppenhaus ist etwas ungepflegt. Die Treppen sind steil und mit schwerem Gepäck recht mühsam zu bewältigen. Bietet eine einfache Basisausstattung. Die Betten empfand ich leider als nicht besonders bequem. Perfekt für alle, die keinen Luxus suchen, sondern eine einfache, zentrale Bleibe mit echtem lokalen Flair bevorzugen.
