"Our group consisted myself and my wife, my oldest son and wife, two grown grandsons and one girl friend. At my wife's suggestion, I rented two rooms, one for the men, the other for the women. It was a great decision. The men's 4th floor room faced the beach (I think nearly all rooms face the beach.) "Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The woman at the front desk was very kind and found a room closer to the pool and parking lot for us. The only thing that we had trouble with was the hot tub. It doesn't have a handrail making it inaccessible for me. "

"This was an older property, but very well kept with only a few minor cosmetic flaws. Absolutely loved that the room was waterfront with a balcony: you could hear the waves on the shore from the room. We enjoyed the fire pit that was on the beach and the continental breakfast in the morning: just enough food to fill your belly before a quick trip to the marina and ferry to Mackinac Island. The Days Inn did not have ferry tickets, but the hotel right next door did, so it wasn’t a problem. Enjoyed...
