"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We sent our luggage here and it was handled well by the staff. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were wonderful."

"The towels were clean & changed timely as per instructed. The room was made up promptly & neat. However I gave only 3 stars because the room was dusty even after cleaning. Don’t know why. Definitely not ideal for people with sensitive nose. The staff greeted every time u passed by the front desk, very attentive. Location was excellent; just that u need to change elevator to access to your room, kind of troublesome."

"Ive been here before and the first time it was amazing. But for some reason, it was a bit more dusty than usual and the air condition felt a little on the warm side.
As for the Laundry, its better to go to a coin laundry as the machine was a bit weaker to dry. "

"Clean rooms and amenities on bottom floor. We stayed in the bunkbed room and it was set up conveniently and worked really well.

"We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children staying in the Moderate Large room. There was space for 4 beds that were futon style set up on a platform but no seating area. There was limited space for luggage storage which is typical of a Japanese hotel room. The washroom was spacious, clean and modern. There was a bathtub as well as a shower. The room was quiet and we did not hear much of the hallway traffic nor the outdoor traffic.
