"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out I was travelling with my child, they kindly upgraded our room! My child absolutely loved the bunk bed, and we had a very comfortable stay.
The location was also excellent — in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just about a five-minute walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"It’s ok considering what jt is a hotel. It’s very homely and friendly guests friendly staff. I love how it’s close to Broadway shopping centre 25 mins walk plus there’s lots of walking paths nearby. The kitchen amenities are great fully equipped kitchen and rules posted everywhere about cleanliness. I’m just amazed at how our food in our individual boxes in cupboards and pantry are safe always. And there ’s a coffee machine 24 hours. Just a simple friendly hostel. Thank you"

"The amenities are sub par.
The accomodation is advertised as a townhouse with cookware and a kitchen.
However there is nothing to cook with in the kitchen besides a micro wave, no kitchen sink etc... this is not a kitchen but what you get in a hotel room and that was the main disappointment.
There is also little to no dishes to eat from, I had to bring extra plates and cuttlery.
The place also needs some kind of wardrobe or rack to unpack clothes and personal belonging, there was nothing of...

"The house is falling apart. The glass shower screen was extremely dangerous and posed a serious safety risk. It could have caused a very serious injury."
