The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."
