I didn’t like the fact that at check-in the kiosk didn’t show an overview of everything that will be charged because I would have liked to verify that there were no changes to the charges compared to what it showed when I first booked the room.

Bathtub and shower were not clean- gobs of hair on shower wall and dried shaving cream and hair in the tub. Long wait times to reach staff to come clean it up. Lazy river was so full of people, it wasn’t worth being in it. Beds and size of room were great, but we won’t be returning.
