We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel....

"Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free."
