The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable . The pool area is serene and the pool and jacuzzi well maintained . The restaurant has an amazing bar and fabulous food. We joined the Spirit Class on Monday afternoon and learned to make margaritas- great fun! The Flamingo Show at the restaurant on Thursday evening was superb - a “must see.” The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location in the historic zone made our stay special as we got to enjoy several excellent eateries and visit some awesome galleries and shops.

We had a great time and the staff was among the best places I have visited. Bar had a great atmosphere and a good bartender who got me to try new drinks and we had a great time taking and learning more about the local areas. Highly recommend. I would stay again.

Don’t get a “deluxe” room. There’s only 2 large windows that look directly into hallways. So unless you want everyone who passes through the hall peering into your room the curtains must be drawn all the time, making the room dark all the time. Also there’s no fitness room despite the hotel amenities listing one. Also, if it rains at any point during the day the staff disappears for the day. Good side, perfect location and great staff when they’re there.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing! Ignacio had the best recommendations and was so helpful throughout our stay. The staff in the lobby were incredibly sweet and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were beautiful, and the AC was ice cold, which felt AMAZING after being out in the warm weather! My son had such a great time in the pool and absolutely loved it. The restaurant is a little on the pricey side, but the food was delicious and definitely worth trying. I loved the Whiskey Wednesday drink, and the fried octopus with guacamole was incredible! The location is also perfect and so close to the Thursday Art Walk. We were able to walk around and admire so many incredible artists and their work. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! Highly recommend!

Hotel design is beautiful and the spaces were all maintained and clean. Room was spacious and decorated tastefully. We appreciated 2 large bottles of water, coffee maker, soaps, shampoo, lotion that was provided. Mattresses were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet for resting. Appreciated the common community spaces - sitting areas, game room, pool, restaurant, etc. Would love to return some day!
