"We loved our stay at Hyatt Vivid. The resort itself is beautifully spacious. You can be involved in the festivities or tuck yourself away. It is centrally located to 5th Avenue and the ferry. We loved being in walking distance to almost everything!! Our room was beautiful and quiet! We didn't try all the restaurants but the ones we did, the food was delicious. The main bar in the lobby was great and the margaritas never disappointed. We're already planning our next trip!!!"

"I had a lovely stay here. The food was very good even the buffet. I mostly ate there. My room was clean and adequately spacious with a great view of the lagoon. They have shows in the theatre at night, a spa, pools and beach access so there’s plenty to do. For me though, the biggest impression was the excellent service. Everyone is so kind, helpful and professional. Juan Carlos even loaned me a dollar for bus fare. I would stay here again for sure. "
