Amazing hotel. The spa is expensive but it’s very nice. The staff was amazing, the food was pretty good. The rooms were great and the hotel was pretty. It is pretty quiet and doesn’t have many night time activities.

We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back!

My stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—welcoming, attentive, and always with a smile. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The design is modern and new, with beautifully maintained grounds and breathtaking views of the ocean.

If you are looking for a peaceful get away with the best rooms, staff and amenities, this is a the spot. Service by staff was the best we have had, food was amazing, rooms, drinks, massages were all spectacular. Will be going back.

Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every detail—from the spotless rooms to the beautifully maintained grounds—showed how much pride they take in their resort. The restaurants were exceptional, with plenty of options and no long waits or reservation hassles. Every meal felt like fine dining, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. The pools and beach area were peaceful and luxurious, perfect for relaxing or just soaking in the views. Our room was stunning—modern, comfortable, and spotless, with everything working perfectly. The jacuzzi, the ocean view, and the quiet atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. Secrets Playa Blanca exceeded every expectation. If you want real luxury, great food, and a place that actually values its guests, this is the resort to choose.
