We were privilege but definitely no need to upgrade was fun to experience for once but it wouldn’t be something we would add again. Loved having the bracelet for the room key!! Property is stunning and smells good-although if you are sensitive to scents I wouldn’t even consider this property as at times I even thought it was too strong. The room is beautiful. Gym is well equipped. We sat at the main pool & were well taken care of. Entertainment crew came by every morning and informed us of the activities and didn’t pressure you to join. I agree with other posts saying they need to up their game in the music selection! Bowling was actually really fun! Did it twice. Go to the acrobatic show on Wednesday in the theater it was phenomenal!!! Fire show was ok - Would have been better if the had set up a bar. We participated in crafts -definitely go early as fills up. It was genuinely so fun but didn’t like that staff requested you to post a google review. Maybe just say “if you enjoyed the class let others know.” We went to the lobby bar before dinner to play games (brought from home). Nice way to kill time beforehand. They gave you peanuts /pretzels. Ocean burger was good and we thought the buffet was fine too. We did eat lunch at Pez Dama & highly recommend the Baja Tacos! Mike’s coffee delicious and had a few snacky things favorites: peanut butter chocolate muffins and oatmeal cookies. Our favorite restaurant was Sakura. Beach was picturesque.

The staff were very courteous and super helpful for anything that was needed. The food was very good. Don’t usually expect much as it’s resort food, but all of our meals were delicious. The buffet was very good. The hotel has some cosmetic things that could be better finished. Nothing that stands out as anything that would prevent traveling back here. Tons of activities, nice beach area & plenty to do. The pools were just a little chilly. On a hot and sunny day, it was refreshing. Some of the days we stayed were a bit chilly so nobody was wanting to go in the pools. Overall, the experience was great at this resort.

The beach was amazing. The service was lack luster. We had upgraded our room not knowing what it came with. We did enjoy the private beach area. But our “butler” didn’t even meet us the first day we got there. We were told he’d connect with us. He did not. The check in process for the privilege area took way longer than necessary. Beautiful resort, with excellent food options. Very high end liquor for non privileged guests as well. Make sure to visit Modesto in the sports bar!

The resort was very new so I give them some curve points. Beautiful and clean room. Everything was fantastic as far as the physical part of the hotel. The only problem that we had was long service. It seemed as if they were understaffed. Whatever issues we had management did a very well job fixing it. Every new business has growing pains and I'm sure they will get over them in the near future.

A great stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Always something to do without even leaving the resort. Great variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hydrotherapy Spa = 10/10, extremely relaxing and complimentary if you have privilege access. Would recommend the privilege access for the full luxurious experience!

We booked Privilege Master Suite for sale price. We arrived late so no butler on duty. Checkin in the Privilege lounge was easy but would’ve been nice to been greeted by our butler. There’s no food choices between 10 & 11 PM except room service but were not aware of room service so we waited for the late night menu at Margarita to start at 11 PM - service was slow and food was not great. We met our butler Emilio the next AM. he booked dinner resos for us and our group that arrived that day. He arranged for coffee to be delivered to our room each AM & took care of robes/beach bag that were missing from the room. He was very friendly and helpful, gave us an update every morning on what was happening at the resort. Our friends had a different butler and did not get the same service. We tried all restaurant options during our stay. The food was good to great and Service was great with a couple exceptions. The French was Our favourite. We had lunch delivered to the beach, ate at the Privilege restaurant, Pez Dama and Ocean Burger and all were good. The room was new & clean, the beach is gorgeous. All the staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to Bettyana in lobby bar and Salvador at beach who kept us well ‘hydrated’. The staff hustle and any issues with service are due to being understaffed. Overall a great experience in a beautiful location.

The resort and staff were amazing. The staff worked tirelessly for the guests. There were minor issues with wait times for dinng but those will work themselves out. Beautiful resort and everything is easy to get to.

New resort. A+ experience. Beautiful room and resort. Staff super nice and accomodating. Very good food and options. Very nice beach. Love the Ocean Allure App. Only comment, front desk does not give change so make sure to bring what you need to tip staff, otherwise you have to try to get change from staff, which is a hit or miss.

Loved the layout of the resort, clean and spacious rooms, food was amazing, lovely beach, and staff was fantastic! Whatever scent they have in the beautiful lobby needs to be bottled and sold. We will be back as this is one of the nicest resorts we have stayed at. We had the best time!

Overall hotel was very clean and well laid out. The resort is beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Pools were wonderful and the the food and drink was very good. Service at the restaurants was pleasant but slow at times and you needed to make dinner reservations every night. With no dinner buffet you had to book early in the morning every day to get a decent time or order room service which I don't enjoy, this created unnecessary stress. The pool side restaurant was extremely slow and access to quick snacks or food did not exist which was extremely disappointing. Overall great resort but needs work on food accessibility.

I would give the resort 7/10. Pros: Resort was quiet, clean, food was decent, Cons: The water temp is way too cold, I couldn’t even stay in for 5 mins. I was given a double room, when it was just me.

Resort was beautiful. Beds were extremely hard. Staff was friendly, but not what we are used to from the 25+ other resorts we have visited. Food was decent. They need an evening buffet for extra choices. Wait times at all restraunts is ridicuolus, unless you whip a $20 out and a table opened up every time!!. Bar service was slow because they need more help. You could not get bottled water anywhere except your room, have never experienced that at any resort. Maybe they will figure this place out in a year or two and get it going but it is only a three star at this point. We are pretty low maintenance people, this place just did not perform like all the resorts we have been to in the past. Good luck Ocean Allure, you have the bones to be great!!

First of all ... the Resort is absolutely gorgeous! One thing I loved was the decor and all of the lighting in the lobby and the restaurants, it is just gorgeous! Our room was on the privileged side and we had a gorgeous view of the swimming pools and the ocean, it was awesome! The rooms are spacious and ours was very clean every day! The beds were very comfortable, and you can get different pillows if the brand new pillows that they are using are a little bit too fluffy for you! We tried bowling three different nights and that is super fun! There are pool tables to use, and there is a golf simulator, so if you like to be busy this place has it all! Luis, who is the Director of Guest Experience makes sure everything is next level for each and every guest! Julio, who is top a Notch Guest Concierge, checked in with us multiple times a day to make sure everything was awesome! Victor, and the Pool Concierge crew were awesome as well! I would highly suggest a visit to this resort if you’re looking for relaxation good food, gorgeous beach, and the very nicest of staff!

It’s a new resort and clean. Lots of fun activities and big pool, lazy river and wave pool to enjoy the water. We used the pickleball courts every day. Many restaurants and large buffet with a variety of food options. Nataly is the Expedia concierge and took care of arranging dinner reservations and booking events for our large group of 10 people.
