"The staff and room was good, wonderful beaches and scenry, we had a great view as well and response time was quick. Unfortunately however, there was a drain smell coming up which was off putting for 2 days. Overall, I recommend the hotel to others."

"Blue water, clean beach and room and excellent staff! The property is smaller than most but that's what I prefer. No party people at the pool, the pool music is not loud and stops at a decent hour. I highly recommend this place and will be back!"

"Nos encanta el hotel. Habitacion perfecta, desayuno buffet excelente, servicio impecable, acceso directo al centro comercial de puerto Cancun. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No entendemos que los huepedes de un hotel bien caro come este tengan que pasar por este control y perder tanto tiempo como...

"The room was very clean with an excellent view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Wide variety of food to choose from. Beach was wonderful. Would not use Destination Services for transportation. Extremely poor staff, service and procedures."

"This was an amazing stay. Surprisingly so I seem to be one of only about five or six guests. For it to be a spacious resort I was very shocked of that, but maybe it was an off-season for them. From the hospitality, the staff, the location, the transportation services at the front desk that you could add, the swim up sweet pool, the restaurants in the food I give this place five stars! "La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias y muy acogedoras (la que nos tocó tenía una pequeña cocina y refrigerador, lo que nos ayudo a economizar en comidas). El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno que ya esta incluido es básico, después del 3er día ya aburré pero cumple su función. Definitivamente regresaría."
