"Rooms so clean staff are great family and friendly beach was dirty too much sea weed need to be clean every day bc we pay money to be in that resort Mexican and Italian restaurants are good but waiting time like 45 - 1 hour …open buffet I will give it 3 star and the azol restaurant it’s vey bad don’t deserve the waiting time at all good not cocked right and I talked to the maneger there and she can’t do nothing all what they said sorry …pools side they need more shades and they put the cabanas...

"The property is not a 4 star hotel. This is totally misleading on Expedia. It is in extremely run down shape. It may have looked good 30 years ago but now it needs a major update. The rooms looks like motel rooms, very outdated, old, worn down. Sticky floors. inside the rooms smelled like mexican cleaning bleach and couldn't open the windows to air out that horrible chemical smell. Luckily they moved me into a balcony room but even that room was totally run down looking. This hotel had passed...

"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel ya que ubicación es excelente, zona segura, y l hotel está en perfecto estado. La comida es rica y a buen precio. Además del personal muy amable y cálido. 100% Recomendado"

"Siempre me ha encantado para descansar, pero ya los años del hotel se sienten. Las almohadas estaban duras y olían a sudor, de inmediato me las cambiaron pero son descuidos que en un hotel de esta gama no debería suceder. Podrían mejorar. En la zona de la alberca es de pura piedra h había demasiado calor, no hay ventiladores o aspersores. Y siento este el principal sitio de recreo debería de estar más equipado por qué la playa no es la mejor de la zona."

"I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room.
