No remote control for tv and had to ask 4 times for it when it finally arrived in time for leaving the tv didn’t work as the WiFi was too weak. No peppermint tea in the entire hotel?! The room was lovey and big, huge comfy bed but lacked important details such as decent coffee making facilities! "
