"We had an awesome stay here! Even though we arrived late on our first night, the front desk handled our check-in quickly and professionally. The hotel's location is perfect—within walking distance to the subway, Tokyo Skytree, and Senso-ji Temple (Asakusa). There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. We stayed in two Executive Connecting Rooms for five days; the rooms were comfortable, and the complimentary bath salts were a life-saver after a long day of walking! The daily breakfast buffet on the 26th floor was a highlight, and the staff were consistently helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!"

"Very clean room and hotel amenities- bathroom with bidet, shower, tub, and traditional shower seat with wash bucket. Bed was nice and firm, with comfortable pillows. Would recommend trying to get into the main hotel as the lobby and breakfast buffet are in the primary location. The satelitte location was very nice as well but the main location- although more busy had a very pleasant lobby to walk into. The breakfast buffet style also had a full assortment of food which was all attended to very well with several staff attendees. Only observed instance for improvement were a couple of tbe guests who were seated next to me during breakfast- where one lady had belched out very loud and did not excuse herself! The same two foreign guests were also speaking too loudly the entire meal. However, this had nothing to do with the hotel staff, which is why I gave it 5 stars. The temporary luggage storage area with cable locks were also a big plus. Finally, the limousine bus schedules and instruction to/from the airport was also very helpful. Location to tbe nearby asakusa temple, market, and shopping were all excellent as well."

"Great staff, clean and spacious apartment and in central location which takes 15 minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno station on a different direction. A short walk of 2 minutes is the subway Tawaramachi station which will take you to Ginza for just 20 minutes Very central to everything, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops and kitchen town. The only negative is there is only one window in the unit which may need to open for some fresh air flowing in from time to time."

"This was the first stay of 2. Arriving at 2am, and first stop in tokyo, we were a bit worried. But staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze and we were checked in and settled within 10 minutes. We stayed twice at this hotel, at the beginning and ending of our Japan vacation. Both instances service was impeccable. Rooms were spacious, serviced daily. Beautiful views from the rooftop lounge and front desk was very helpful with sending and receiving luggage transfers. Fast internet, complimentery coffee/tea in the restaurant (we did not take the breakfast options) and very comfortable and spacious bed & bathroom with a seperate shower cubicle. Location is perfect. about 100m from the Ginza metro and about 200m to the Asakusa metro lines. For muslim travellers. There are a dozen or more halal eateries all within walking distance to the hotel, also a nice halal snacks and gifts store near by. Search on google maps and you'll find it. The asakusa mosque is about a 15minute walk away. We enjoyed Asakusa district, much more relaxed and spacious compared to the downtown shibuya/shinjuku etc. And this is a short 15 to 20minute metro ridde there anyway."

"I was worried that a room the size of a twin bed would be claustrophobic, but the ceilings were high enough to feel spacious. The storage space under the bed was large, and I was glad to have personal space to lock them in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well enough to get me checked in. The lobby was a great place to eat and work in."
