"I don’t have enough great things to say about this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet included was a huge plus and made the mornings easy. The Asakusa neighborhood has so many restaurants and shops, and the hotel is conveniently located across from the subway stop so other places in Tokyo are easily accessible. All to say the Tobu Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Tokyo. "

"The address and map given by Expedia led us to the wrong location at first but we eventually found it via a Google search. The property was clean, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sinso-ji Temple. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again."

"Very good location "

"This was a delightful ryokan with a great location. The room was very clean. The hot spring baths were fabulous. Breakfast was very good as well. Our only negative was that there was very little space in the room for our luggage. That was challenging to navigate. "

"Great apt hotel ! Fit the 4 of us nicely and has a balcony!!! You can see Tokyo tree from balcony! About 15-20 min walk to Tokyo tree but only 6 min walk to Asakusa station. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend ! "

"Overall very good"

"What a wonderful surprise!!! I was not expecting how wonderful the location was, how traditional the room looked, how big the room was, and how friendly the staff was. This was close to public transportation and the neighborhood gave a truly unique experience much different than any other part of the city. Perfect for families. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
