We didn't purchase breakfast with our reservation, but it's served in the coffee shop at the ground level. We ate at the coffee shop for breakfast during our stay, menu variety was good and prices are reasonable. Bathroom for our room is a little tight, but they do offer public bath on 2nd floor (Lobby), however, space is limited as well. Oedo line and Asakusa line are within 5 min of walk.

Toilets are a little smaller and the onsen is barebones but nothing much to complain about at this price point and location. The road can be a little noisy at times and air conditioning only runs on heating or fan mode during winters so do take note! Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff, you could select thicker pillows from the lobby, subjected to availability, and the area around Kuramae has lots of food and cafe options and a stone's throw from Asakusa without the crowd.

Great to be back again! This is my go to hotel when I land in Japan. Convenient location from Narita airport and easy access to major attractions around Tokyo. Staffs are super nice and helpful.

The experience was great, the staff did the best they could regardless of the language barrier and it felt very welcoming. The cleaning was great as well, we always had fresh towels and clean bed sheets everyday. We also stopped at the nice restaurant on the first which was a great way to start our trip in Japan. This hotel is conveniently located near Asakusa station and Kuramae also having the 711 across the street was a major plus. Would recommend for sure for those looking to stay in Asakusa to see the temple which is approximately a 16 minute walk.

V convenient hotel, a short riverside walk to Sensoji and multiple dining options. The bath was a great option to have and the cafe downstairs was good. The rooms were small but that’s Tokyo for you - it suited our family well. Having a direct bus to the Shinkansen station was a welcome bonus!!!

Laundry was horrible. Only 2 machines (washer & dryer combo) available for 12 floor hotel! A big load takes at least 4 hours to get done. Not counting if u have to wait for a machine to be available. Staff were helpful & friendly. We couldn’t get extra pillows for all the nights we stayed. Pillows that were given were too flat. Needed 2 for support. Room was small, but expected.

We only stayed for one night but I would return. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Free coffee in the morning was appreciated. My son wasn’t thrilled with the 10 am check out (earlier than the other 2 places we stayed in Japan but not uncommon). I didn’t have a chance to check out the onsen. Next time!

Hotel felt calm and relaxing after visiting a lot of busy cities. Loved the restaurants and cafes all around. Near the monorail which was convenient and easy to get to. We were able to go to Akihabara, Tokyo Skytree and Ueno easily. Asakusa/Sensoji Temple was super close to walk to. My bf and I didn't like the pillows that we had the first night but the staff informed us that there are additional pillows at the front desk by noon, so we were able to pick up softer pillows the next day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
