"Clean and comfortable"

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a great overnight stop in a cute little town on our road trip. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and when my first room wasn't what I was hoping for, was quick to find us another with no trouble at all. There is a very nice restaurant in town, The Local on Morford! Delicious food and excellent service! A must visit!"

"The staff was extraordinarily warm, hospitable, and helpful. It was an ideal stay experience and the only issue we encountered was a door that stuck a bit- and that was scheduled for maintenance."

"The hotel was right across the street from the hospital which was perfect for what we needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! The blueberry muffins challenge the best bakeries. Definitely recommend anyone needing a place to stay while a loved one is in the hospital across the street"

"This is not the first time I've stayed here and was slightly disappointed. The room was clean however there was a rack for 2 rolls of toilet paper. One only had a few sheets and the other about a half a roll. Went to a event and got back about 8 pm. Room was straight, cleaned and bed made. This time no toilet paper. Had to get dressed and go back to the lobby."

"Breakfast was amazing! Bed & room were very nice & comfortable. Good water pressure and the AC was great. Starbucks was within walking distance. Staff were all very nice. The desk people and breakfast staff told everyone to be careful on their trip, and to have a great day with a smile. We will definitely stay there again."

"Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and...

"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. "Our room was not clean the covers and sheets had stuff all over them. When I went to ask for new sheets and covers he just handed me a hand full of pillow cases.The hallway and room smelt awful the whole time. There were no pool towels for the pool. The floor in my hotel room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Bathtub was black. Only pro’s was breakfast was good and the pool was big and clean."

"Paid for a non smoking room, as I walked to room the stench of weed was overwhelming. Opened door to our room , smell of weed , cigarette smoke and filth was disgusting. Man at desk was super nice."
