"Absolutely disgusting hotel experience from start to finish. The WiFi and TV in our room didn’t work, and after calling the front desk we were told to “wait 45 minutes” for it to be fixed. After waiting, surprise — nothing was fixed. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they moved us to another room that was somehow even worse.
The second room was dirty, had wet spilled drinks left on the table, and to make it even more disgusting, someone’s dirty underwear was still in the bathroom. Clearly nobody cleaned the room before handing it over to paying guests. On top of that, both rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking.
And the “continental breakfast” was a joke. The cereal was stale, the orange juice was warm, and the milk was lukewarm. Nothing about this stay felt clean, maintained, or cared for.
For the amount hotels charge nowadays, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities shouldn’t be too much to ask. This place was unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. Would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend to anyone."
