"Spa definitely worths the money! Very relaxing with good price. And they also have a very good business lounge and a nice gym. But the towels in my room are a bit dirty, the lighting is a bit too dark. "

"Room was spacious and clean with great aircon. Infinity pool was very relaxing and location was a small walk into main area but Grabs also very cheap if u didn’t want to walk. The only thing I would recommend is a small bar at the pool area other than that perfect stay. "

"Very clean, well appointed room, very cool decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some amenities provided for guests, and restaurants and shopping nearby. Very quiet."

"This time we staying is not good as make up room not done n room toilet paper,slippers Olson not provided.olso we have paid the tourists tax n the staff still wan ask pay at the end of the day.but the other staff is good as he will refund us when the case is checked.overall not stratify it’s time."

"Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. The pool is clean and peaceful, although there were no umbrellas or shade which would have been nice to sit back and read a book after a swim. "

"We were automatically given a bigger room upon arrival because the family room we booked had some issues. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi! All amenities were working well. The hotel is just next to Jonker Walk, near all restaurants, street food stalls and souvenirs shops. The historic Malacca's attractions at Bandar Hilir are also within walking distances (about 15 minutes)."
