Our regular place but this time the pillows not so comfortable. Seems to be old pillows. Power failure middle of the nite and next morning no water supply. Early checked out due to water. Told counter and the person just said , “yes we have water problem since last nite.” Just like that.

The staffs are friendly, and the room are clean. The thing i don't like is the shower hose and the rain can't be fasten tight if i don't want to use the rain shower.

Langsung tidak memuaskan. Sebagai 4 star hotel , sarapan yang dilayankan adalah tidak setara. Pernah saya tinggal di hotel ini dulu. masa itu adalah sangat memuaskan dan baik. Itu sebabnya saya pilih hotel ini kali ini. Gambar menunjukkan kopi yang sangat tak berasa dan tipis. Dan diserve dalam kopi dispenser. Tak ada toaster. Menu makanan juga tak setara dengan 4 star hotel. Saya bertanya kepada pelayan dan dikatakan Kopi maker rosak toaster rosak...... Saya komen lewat kerana saya ada call ke hotel dan tinggal kan nama dan no tel untuk mendapatkan penjelasan tetapi tiada feedback.....

When I made my booking on Expedia, it was reflected that free breakfast was provided. The counter lady also told us that we were eligible for free breakfast. But the breakfast counter told us that we aren’t eligible. There was food left at our door when we came and it wasn’t clean up even when we left the next day.
