"Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "

"The condition of the entire apartment is poor. The bathroom tub was clogged. We informed the host immediately. But she failed to reply until a day later. And we were told the problem would not be able to solved before we checked out. So we took shower in bathtub with dirty water clogged during our entire stay. "

"This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. The TV and stove and sink are all small. Because it's a cabin! There are a few ants around, but there's Raid spray under the sink if you want to go that route. "Felt a part of the natural beauty of the area."

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "

"This is a secret Hidaway. Don't judge a book by its cover. Very cozy, roomy cottage. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Communication was amazing and is what made our stay easy! Perfect distance to Mount Sunapee. "
