Helpful staff but issues with the price charged by the hotel matching Expedia's price. Staff was very helpful in figuring out the problem! The room was fine and very clean, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The place was clean and convenient for our purpose, 15 minutes from mount Washington. Unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work which was something we were looking forward to relax our muscles after a nice hike.

The Mt. Madison Inn & Suites is a classic horseshoe shaped motel. Our room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The heated pool in the center of the horseshoe was also clean. There was a lovely fire pit in the pool area. The staff was also very friendly.

The room was clean. The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was not working. Our beds were very uncomfortable which is my biggest complaint about the stay. Great location for what we were doing (Santa’s village). Just disappointing that the beds were uncomfortable and my husband and I were rolling off each of the beds as we each slept with one of our two toddlers because it was so worn that they sloped. The light switched was broken so we had to unplug the lamp to shut it off at bedtime.

Easy after hours check in and check out process, plenty of parking, nice area for pets to relieve themselves, room was clean and well stocked. I was unable to obtain the wifi password throughout my stay though, even after attempting to call the front desk multiple times during normal business hours via the room phone. I wish it would have been waiting for me in my room on a card or something after check-in. The cell service was good in the area so it wasn't a huge issue, but it was a bit of an inconvenience.
