"The room was very clean and comfortable, the pillows and bed were likewise comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good. The only things that we missed were laundry facilities (we drove to Gorham, about 8 miles away) to use a laundromat. We also wished there was a microwave in the room. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, it is a great hotel."

"What a cute little kitschy place to stay!! Pool was lovely and the brook that runs along the back. The owner was so nice and helpful. Beds were “momma bear” ( very soft) very clean and great location. Thanks for a fun stay!!!"

"The property is very old. It needs to be updated. Our porch was sketchy lots of soft spots in the floor. Also the railings were very rickety. I definitely would not lean on it."
