"This hotel felt like the Motel 6 version of the Strip. I’ve been to Vegas many times, and every other hotel I’ve stayed at has allowed me to leave my scooter with valet or bell services while I explored — but not here.
For the first two days we were there, the valet staff did allow us to leave them. Then while checking in, we were confronted by the valet manager, who immediately told us they were not allowed to keep scooters there and that “this is not something we do.” When we explained that staff had already been doing it for the past two days, she responded that she would “have to have a meeting with them.”
She then suggested we store the scooters in our room, but we explained that we physically are not able to walk all the way down to valet without them — which is the entire reason we need the scooters in the first place. After explaining that, she agreed to allow it “just this one time,” but told us we needed to understand that in the future it’s not something they do and that we would need to make other arrangements.
We also paid extra for an upgraded “pool view” room, only to end up staring at the back side of the cabanas. When we tried calling the front desk to fix the issue, no one answered for over 30 minutes, forcing us to go all the way back downstairs and wait for management in person to get it fixed.
At check-in, we were told there would be a $30 fee for extra towels, which was ridiculous. The only real positive was the convenient location to shops."
