"Clean room"

"For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...

"Staff was great. Major room upgrade but the jet tub plug didn't work. It came completely out. We used a washcloth to hold the water. Clean bathroom otherwise. Casino is very convenient. Walls are very thin. Overall not a bad place to stay."

"Great small town on the 395. Cross the street from a great bar/dining room. Surprisingly a lot of places to enjoy nearby. Excellent motel for Skip and run"

"We stayed in room one seventy three and it was the best room we have had at the hotel. It is a king sized room with a wonderful shower! I noticed that they have been cleaning up the dog areas. They used to be very messy and now they are not and they have bags out to clean up after your pet. That is a nice improvement. We like the casino being across the street. Our meals are used to be pretty good and it is so convenient!"

"Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!"

"My room was full of dust. Around the TV, the desk, it was sad to see no effort in wiping them down of dust when it was so noticeable. "

"Restaurant would not take orders to go, said they were too busy, had to get in cars and find another alternative. Didn't appreciate a long drive and couldn't get food to eat while relaxing in room."

"Overall the hotel is very clean and the desk clerk was very nice. My main complaint was that the room had a kitchenette, but it had absolutely no cookware or dishes. I chose this hotel so that I would be able to cook a meal, but after purchasing some groceries and checking in I had no way to cook it."
