We made reservations at the Rooftop for appetizers and drinks, had dinner at the restaurant later that evening and attended the James Beard brunch event the following morning. I can't say enough wonderful things about the quality and service. This was our third Nobu restaurant experience, having gone to the Bahamas and Las Vegas properties. You have customers for life and we are excitedly looking forward to our next experience, which will be in Miami in two weeks. "The staff went above and beyond. The only thing was folks smoked in non smoking areas. Not the hotels fault. I loved it. They were even done with breakfast service but managed to find me coffee. Seriously the best staff in town!"

"It was comfortable and felt like hotel/apartment living. Communication with Sonders was easy and see less. They where responsive when concerns and questions needed to be answered. They went above and beyond to help when needed. Only downside is when young adults/ kids caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 in the morning the day of my departure. Even that was handled well by the Sonders team. Highly recommend and would stay with them again. "
