"This was my first time stay at Palm Hotel. My flight got in late and all I wanted to do was rest. When there was a problem with the AC in my (beautiful) room, other accommodations were made in less than ten minutes. They went above and beyond my expectations to show me that they valued me as a guest. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well kept. "We love staying at Palms Place; the rooms are larger than most. If you want to relax after a long day of Gambling, you can take a break in your room and relax in the large sitting area that has 2 TVs. The pool is another feature that brings us back. It is a beautiful, luxurious area that is not overcrowded with loud, obnoxious people like most pools in Vegas are, so you can veg out in style."
