"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Staff was friendly and solutions oriented. We knew that his property only cleaned rooms every other night of your stay however our room was never cleaned nor items like towels, toilet paper, soap etc were replenished. We tried to call to front desk but the room phone did not work when we wanted items replenished and the front desk staff was very helpful then. Front desk staff seemed shocked every time we ket them know that our room was not serviced."
