"We love the Palmer House! This is our “go to” hotel when we travel to Chicago. It is close to theaters, concert halls, Michigan Ave with museums, restaurants, parks, etc. The hotel lobby is incredible! A great place to relax, have a beverage, people watch, and enjoy. The room we recently stayed in was beautiful! We were surprised with a suite and so much room to enjoy."

"This is a GREAT hotel in the best location. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. I loved all the special touches like the yoga mat, band weights in the corner of the room — and the cappuccino machine machine downstairs and popcorn in the afternoon. I like the soap — shampoo — conditioner— lotion products they use — plant based from Brooklyn NY. The food downstairs was good. Staff is super nice and friendly. I appreciate that check out is at 11am versus 10. Highly recommend! "

"Tiny, no-frills room. Great for a short stay in Chicago. Had a few minor issues with the room. The router light located in the bed room is fairly bright which may be an issue for those who struggle to sleep in a room that isn't completely dark. The AC unit in the room I was given was also not working (which for me didn't end up being an issue as it was fresh outside, so opening a window did the trick.
