"Room carpet was filthy and torn. Room was musty and had fleas, pool had no towels and pool umbrellas required multiple requests to open. I distinctly asked if $50 incidental charge would be credited upon check out. Front desk assured me it would but then charged me $28 additional amenity/reservation fee. This did not exist 2 wknds ago. This Fee included $33 food & beverage voucher BUT only 1 per day & could only be used at restaurant which opens at 4pm & checkout 11am. Told me I could not use...

"First, I found a bug in the bed. Next, there is no pool or elevator but I had read that in comments. However, they were advertised to have breakfast and they haven’t since Covid. Worst was that the door to the room had a deadbolt lock but it didn’t work. The bathroom was very small but the bedroom was big. You get what you pay for."
