"The staff was friendly and very helpful, including the shuttle driver. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a pleasant and easy location to stay as we needed to transfer between the airport and the car rental there. It was also easy to get to Milan on the commuter train from the airport. I would definitely recommend First Hotel Malpensa and stay there again."

"Welcoming and helpful staff and hotel is a convenient location. One comment: there are usually several men around the entrance smoking. You might move the smoking area a little distance from the door so that guests don’t have to walk through them."

Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. "The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."
