"The staff was friendly and very helpful, including the shuttle driver. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a pleasant and easy location to stay as we needed to transfer between the airport and the car rental there. It was also easy to get to Milan on the commuter train from the airport. I would definitely recommend First Hotel Malpensa and stay there again."

Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. Concernant la position, il y a un centre commercial a côté et en face, il y a les métros ou le tram. Je le conseille cet hotel."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

"Nice enough historic hotel with very tiny rooms. The bar does not open until 4 pm, and the restaurant opens at 7 pm. They only provide an all-in-one liquid for hair and body as a toiletry. No free snacks or water are given for the room, just a bunch of overpriced snacks and drinks that you would be charged for. Not much to do on-site. We walked down to the Tiger resort for a few beers and dinner, and would stay there if we were ever back in this region."
