"What I liked about the property was the staff, including the cleaning lady. They were all very friendly and did a great job. What I didn’t like was the room and its cleanliness. The first thing we saw when we entered was hair on the bed. Since cleanliness is the most important factor for me, this immediately ruined the experience. "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and...

"It is a clean facility and nice staff. We had a dinner at the hotel. They provide a dinner buffet and the food was good. The only problem with the buffet, they didn’t have refill of pots, when they got empty!! The check in process of hotel was very long. It was not busy but it seems they have a shortage of staff. It was only one receptionist and he supposed to answer the phones and talk with the guests/ customers!"
