The property was okay, we had issue with the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and the shower divider was not steady and flimsy. The service was very good though. Front desk was friendly and nice.

Cleanliness can be improved. Everything and every corner in the room is very dusty including the towels, bedding and the floor. Ancient hair dryer with a hole in the pipe was inconvenient and unsafe to use. Use sustainability as an excuse to not supply tissue papers but provide paper cups wrapped in plastic (?) for the bathroom. Overall, it’s an old and desperate hotel trying to cut costs by all means. There’s definitely better choices for the same price.

Sara, at the desk was very helpful with any questions about getting places. Breakfast could not have been better with so many choices. The view of the train station was amazing. It was a perfect location for what I needed. I would definitely come back if I returned to Milan

I’ve stayed here before and for its proximity to Milano Centrale you can’t beat the price. Lovely front desk staff. Room this time was small, higher floor lighting locations weren’t great, and there always seemed to be laundry or trash bags in the hall. Again, in an expensive city, the price is good…the Ritz it’s not, but it doesn’t pretend to be, so…

Convenience in Milan

If you’re coming in late or heading out early from Milano Central, you can’t get any closer than this spot. Literally right across the street. Easy check in, basic accommodations, food nearby.

Very convenient hotel at a great location. Excellent breakfast spread!(included vegan options too) Very easy to travel to Duomo and other places from Milano centrale station. They also offered to store our luggage until end of day after we checked out.
