"Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend"

"When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine. The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the street and the parisian rooftops (there's only 2 of these in the hotel for solo travelers). Well kept and very helpful staff. Sometimes traffic is a little loud, but I am a light sleeper (would not let this deter you from staying here). Would definitely stay here again"

"Handsome Hotel will be my new go-to hotel in Paris! Really convenient location with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Slept really well despite it being on quite a busy street (clearly the rooms are quite soundproof!). Staff were friendly and really helpful - they kindly stored our bags before check-in and after check-out so we could explore Paris properly without being weighed down with suitcases. " This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in.
