"The room was described as big and description stated that every room had a separate living and dining room but this was not the case. Location is very convenient but the hotel is hard to find. The staff were superb tho."

"Very close to the airport. Shuttle took us at 3:00 am to airport which was great. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good place to stay if you are needing to be at the airport."

"This was my second stay at Rome River. Quality was really good, beds comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean, location excellent and the staff is always helpful and kind. Breakfast is great, but of course it’s over in their main hotel building which is several blocks away. Our room this time was on the side with the busy street, so noise was an issue. We travel often so we’ve learned to always sleep with earplugs in this scenario. Interior rooms didn’t seem to have the noise issue. ...

"While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response....

"The room was definitely not what you think when someone says “luxury.” The perks were the location (10 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 20 minute walk to Colosseum, many great shops and restaurants around) PLUS it was sooooo nice having AC for sleeping at night. However, it has clearly not been updated in years. The beds are super uncomfy, we booked a queen room and got two single beds pushed together that felt like sleeping on cardboard.
