"Though this is an older building, the owners have done a lot of work to update it and make it comfortable. Things we liked were the rain shower head, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, big TV screen (bigger than usual in a hotel), and the large room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I left a few recommendations for improvement with staff and they were very receptive and courteous to receive the feedback and even gave me a small discount for my trouble. "The staff were amazing and super helpful with everything. Easy check in and out. We had a queen suite with a Jacuzzi tub and it was great! Only thing was the pillows weren't too fluffy so it didn't feel like we were sleeping with any but the bed was really comfy."

"Great hotel with very friendly staff. Clean and in a great position, a short walk from the lifts but with the little bus taking you too and fro it’s not a problem. Good room facilities with a little kitchen area. Small but pool with jacuzzi and sauna just what is needed after your day skiing. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated.
