"The elevators were not fully functional with some completely out of commission which made the beginning of my stay slow and frustrating where I was late for a dinner and show reservation. I understand that sometimes technical issues arise but the staff DID NOT disclose this information upon my check in and when I called the front desk from the elevator lobby on my floor, they again did not disclose these issues and simply said the elevators "are slow today". "We saved some money and went for a lower floor (4th). Probably a mistake. There are serious issues with check in, every day at 4 there were people all over the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready. Ours wasn’t ready on time so we couldn’t take our things up before our appointment. The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting and smelled of cat pea. Water all over the floor in the ice room and an old tv box shoved beside the machine. There was trash sitting in the hallway outside of rooms...

"This was a great hotel for families. The furniture was sturdy and easy to clean and the view was stunning. The kids loved being able to see the falls and the nightly fireworks. The pool was a great amenity, however it was rather dark since the windows were covered. One downside was all the extra fees and breakfast not included. But the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms well stocked with pillows, soaps and towels."
