"El hotel está en buena ubicación lo que no me gusto que no limpian ni sacan basura a buena hora deben de darle mantenimiento a los enchufes para conectar secadoras y conectar los celulares en general más mantenimiento"

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"Cave hot tub was cool. The room was super expensive even for Banff and quite disappointing. Two double beds and pull out hide a bed. The room advertises sleeps 6 but with one bathroom and double beds no one’s getting a good sleep and everyone’s upset waiting for their turn in the bathroom"

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"The location is wonderful, the pools were a bit too crowded and the adult pool was too hot like a hot tub. Loved the family pool with cooler temperatures. Both pools were too shallow though. Our room was something else:) it was very clean, which is a plus. But it was so basic and outdated, we felt like we were back in 1800s…Nothing fancy, uneven floors, low popcorn ceiling, etc. I think it’s time for a little remodeling:)"

"New, well kept, clean and beautiful hotel. Love that the toilet is in a seperate room to the shower. Convenient location. Fantastic breakfast buffet, the only downside is that it doesn’t open until 7/7:30am which is a bit late for my needs."
