"Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. Wein hab ich wegen der Hitze zu Pfingsten nicht konsumiert, die Karte sah aber sehr attraktiv aus."

Diana at the front desk was outstanding from beginning to end helping me with my bags before my room was ready and having them in my room for my check-in later that evening before my return. The single room was perfect for solo travel and I felt immediately happy with the room amenities. "The hotel is visibly run down from the outside. The room we stayed in was hot, humid and crammed with an extra bed. The air conditioning was on a timer and it turned off automaticaĺy during the night or day. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom had a moldy ceiling. The staff at the front desk mostly ignored us, no greeting. On our first day of our stay we experienced a water leak in the ceiling of the dining room. The breakfast was mediocre. We will never stay in this hotel again."

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms.
