"This was our 3rd visit to the hotel which we use when visiting our daughter who lives in Wimbledon. Lovely location, but the only thing I find disappointing is that the rooms aren't very soundproof (no double glazing and creaky floorboards). "There are so many wonderful things to say about the property. The room was clean, lovely and looked just like the photos. The staff was super friendly and the french toast and drinks were delicious. The area is proximate to central London. Sometimes we took the Tube, others we rented bikes. London has many bike lanes, so we felt comfortable riding. The Chiswick area is super cute. The main strip has tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. The flower stands were gorgeous! Lookimg forward to staying...

"Very nice hotel in Richmond...close to train station and the main street in Richmond with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice enough to hold our bags since we arrived early but charges $10 euros an hour to check in before 3pm when the room is ready so we just sat in the lobby until 3pm. Rooms are TINY! The cabin literally has no room for more than one open suitcase. Our 2nd room was slightly bigger but again no room to leave suitcases open. The bathrooms are updated but tiny. ...

"Lovely friendly and accommodating staff. Bed comfy and room had everything we needed. Small touches like like pillow mist and high quality bathroom bathroom and tea/coffee products very good. Bathroom and bedroom flooring was a bit tired and could do with refresh. Great location for Hampton court and Kingston. Overall would def recommend."

"Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok! "

"This property suited our Olympia needs and the bar and bar staff were excellent, the room we booked for 2 nights was ok but a lack of cold water in the bathroom due to the cold water tank being on the roof needs looking into. "

"Great location for what we needed, went to Queens and it was only a 10 minute walk away! Room was lovely and there was both heating and air-conditioning. I dont think they cleaned the bathroom between nights, only replacing towels and toiletries as there was still a lot of water in the shower and hairs before we used it. "Great location (walkable to Richmond riverfront) especially if you want to enjoy the grassland around the river. Lovely cafe hut nearby (down the hill) and easily accessible from Richmond train station by bus and a short, very uphill walk. The common areas of the hotel are very pleasant and comfortable. "Great location overlooking water… rooms are nice and comfortable although some updating could be in order soon. Bar is great and staff very accommodating. "

"Service was excellent. Breakfast was great. They had work going on to the hotel which meant Disable Parking was suspended but parked in a secure car park 2 mins walk away. No problem. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "
