"Das Hotel ist mit einem wunderschönen Park ausgestattet, zu den man zur Poolanlage gelangt.Es wirkt wie eine Oase an der man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, welches das ganze Haus wiederspiegelt.
Schon in der Empfangshalle entfaltet sich das edle Ambiente. Der Service war erstklassig, äußerst freundlich und erfüllte jegliche Wünsche vom Empfangschef bis zu der Dame die die Zimmer reinigt. GROSSES LOB und ein HERZLICHES...
"Abbiamo soggiornato una notte all’Hotel Due Torri di Verona. Posizione eccellente, nel cuore della città e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico e l’Arena.
Il vero punto di forza è il personale: gentilissimo, professionale e sempre disponibile, dal ricevimento al parcheggio dell’auto, fino al ristorante e alla colazione. Ottima anche la pulizia.
Molto apprezzata la scelta di anticipare l’apertura del ristorante in terrazza per permettere agli ospiti diretti all’opera all’Arena...
"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. Siamo arrivati il sabato intorno alle 12 e abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo che non sarebbe stato possibile pranzare all'esterno perché l'area era riservata a un banchetto.
