Customer service was excellent. Easy walk to Riva Del Garda by accessing a gate a the end of the grounds. Pool facilities good with a backdrop of wonderful mountain scenery with quick access to one of the restaurants next to the pool to buy drinks or ice cream etc to bring back to the pool."

"This hotel is on a great location. The elevator helps with heavy luggage. Breakfast was perfect to have on the patio near the water. Parking was on location although there were only a few spots.
