"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The property was just as promised, check-in smooth, location excellent. Strangely the unit only had cutlery and place settings for 3 people even though the listing says it sleeps up to four. Both the dishwasher and washing machine were extremely loud and took ages. As long as we started them before we left it was fine. "

"Really clean room, minimalistic in design but nice. Comfy bed and lots of space. The shower was really good. Breakfast is pastries and coffee, but very good. Staff friendly. Ideal city centre location in the Liverpool One shopping centre, but you don't hear the noise. Parking is a 5 minute walk away in the Q car park, the hotel offers a discount once they confirm the booking. We have stayed here twice, its very good, we will be back."

We arrived home and she helped me un- pack the suit cases and she suddenly paused and took a deep breath. I said “what”. Her reply “The clothes and my blanket smells of the hotel a nice fresh smell, the smell when we walk through the hall to our room.
