Great location, close to liverpool one and bus station, clean ,quiet accomodation, friendly people. Good temperature in the room which you can regulate self. Typical english brekfast ,we have missed for example cheese and fresh vegetables like tomatos, cumcumbers for simple sandwich (more european) for the breakfast. Pity that the old small windows are so dirty, it block nice view. Had great stay, thank you.

We had a lovely, clean quiet room on the third floor overlooking the dock. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and busy breakfast times were well-organised and efficient. The location was really good for all the attractions in and around the dock, and a short walk into town.
