" Room was spacious clean and in good decorative order. Bonus having seating for the TV. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly helpful staff. Situated in a fab walking location for restaurants tours and tourist sites plus shops. Varied breakfast menu. Only suggestion is to provide individual jam / marmalade pots as the large jars were messy and almost empty."

"Just checked out from here a couple of hours ago after our second stay. We were there Friday to Monday and i have to say both me and my partner can't fault the place. "Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."
