"The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including thoughtful extras such as an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. We ate in the hotel bar on a couple of occasions and were impressed by both the service and the food. Service was prompt and friendly, and the portions were generous without compromising on quality.
