"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Cabo!! The grounds are incredible, the amenities are amazing, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We loved the food, we loved the pool and the lazy river, and the beach is gorgeous! (even with the no swimming warnings). I had a spa treatment (massage) on our last day and was blown away--incredible!! The location is only 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown, so it can't be beat either.
